Effect observation of hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of cervical neoplasm
Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of cervical neoplasm. Methods 160 patients with cervical neoplasm were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each with 80 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with transvaginal excision of cervical neoplasm, while patients in the observation group were treated with electrosurgical excision of cervical neoplasm under hysteroscope. The clinical related indexes, postoperative menstruation, adhesion, recurrence, postoperative pain score and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the operation time was(45.42±5.54)min,the time to ambulation was(3.37±0.53)d and the hospitalization time was(5.25±1.67)d,which were shorter than(65.72±8.58)min,(5.17±0.79)d and(10.48±1.89)d in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding of(20.46±4.25)ml in the observation group was less than(37.82±5.57)ml in the control group(P<0.05).The normal menstruation rate in the observation group was 93.75% ,which was higher than 73.75% in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative adhesion rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were 0 and 0,which were lower than 13.75% and 12.50% in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were(3.48±0.43),(1.35±0.24)and(0.56±0.12)points on day 1,3 and 5 after surgery, which were lower than(6.34±1.06),(3.28±0.68)and(2.21±0.47)points of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 6.25% ,which was lower than 20.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrotomy for patients with vervical neoplasm can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients, and has shorter hospitalization time, which can effectively improve the normal menstruation rate, reduce the postoperative adhesion rate and recurrence rate, relieve the postoperative pain, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
