Study on clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage of small-to medium-volume
Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of hypertensive of intracerebral hemorrhage small-to medium-volume.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertensive of intracerebral hemorrhage of small-to medium-volume were divided into an experimental group and a control group based on a 1∶1 ratio, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received craniotomy, and the experimental group received minimally invasive treatment. The therapeutic effect, volume of postoperative brain edema, occurrence of postoperative complications, mental state score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of 98.00% in the experimental group was higher than 84.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The volume of brain edema in the experimental group were(5.45±1.21),(8.65±1.43)and(1.89±0.43)ml on day 1,3 and 5 postoperatively, which were lower than(7.98±2.43),(23.44±4.32)and(4.54±1.02)ml in the control group(P<0.05).In both groups, the volume of brain edema gradually increased on postoperative day 3 compared with postoperative day 1,and then the volume gradually decreased to lower levels on postoperative day 14 compared to postoperative day 1,the difference in intra-group comparison of volume of brain edema was statistically significant at different times postoperatively(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 4.00% ,which was significantly lower than 18.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,HAMA score and HAMD score of the experimental group were(12.53±1.40)and(11.33±1.25)points,which were significantly lower than(18.72±1.35)and(19.50±1.22)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage of small-to medium-volume can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the efficacy and improve the symptoms of patients, and relieve the psychological pressure of patients.
