The effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with fibrinogen concentrate in the treatment of early postpartum bleeding
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of carboprost tromethamine combined with fibrinogen concentrate in the treatment of early postpartum bleeding.Methods 30 patients with early postpartum bleeding were randomly divided into the study group and the conventional group,with 15 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with carboprost tromethamine,and patients in the study group were treated with carboprost tromethamine combined with fibrinogen concentrate.Comparison was conducted on the treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,amount of postpartum bleeding,coagulation function[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)]before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 86.67% in the study group was higher than 46.67% in the conventional group(χ2=5.400,P=0.020<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 13.33% ,which was lower than 60.00% in the conventional group(χ2=7.034,P=0.008<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the study group was(588.91±28.70)ml at 2 h postpartum,which was lower than(638.09±35.34)ml in the conventional group;the amount of bleeding in the study group was(639.36±56.52)ml at 24 h postpartum,which was lower than(869.45±67.72)ml in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had APTT of(25.91±3.01)s and PT of(11.02±0.41)s,which were shorter than(29.03±4.31)and(12.51±0.45)s in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine combined with fibrinogen concentrate for the treatment of early postpartum bleeding has low incidence of adverse drug reactions and less amount of postpartum bleeding.Its effect is obvious,and it is worth popularizing.
