Analysis of the effectiveness and safety of local application of Wanying ointment in the treatment of breast hyperplasia patients
Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of local application of Wanying ointment in the treatment of breast hyperplasia patients. Methods A total of 150 patients with breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the odd-even hospitalization number, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional methods, and the observation group was treated with local application of Wanying ointment on the basis of the control group. The pain relief time, breast pain score, breast lump hardness score, and breast lump size score before and after treatment, treatment effect and occurrence adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The pain relief time of(6.21±1.21)d in the observation group was shorter than(9.26±2.91)d in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the breast pain score, breast lump hardness score, and breast lump size score of patients in the observation group were(1.56±0.12),(1.58±0.24)and(1.19±0.12)points,which were lower than(2.56±0.56),(2.63±0.88)and(2.21±0.56)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 100.00% in the observation group was higher than 86.67% in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups. Conclusion The conventional method combined with local application of Wanying ointment is effective in the treatment of breast hyperplasia, which can relieve breast pain and eliminate lumps, and has high safety.
