中药调剂临方炮制对临床治疗效果的影响分析

摘要
目的 探讨中药调剂临方炮制对临床疗效的影响.方法 选取 100 例中药治疗的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与干预组,每组 50 例.对照组患者接受常规中药炮制治疗,干预组患者实行中药临方炮制治疗.对比两组治疗效果.结果 干预组患者治疗总有效率 96.00%明显高于对照组的 78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中药临方炮制对临床疗效具有积极影响,可以通过调整药物的配伍和炮制方法提高药材的活性成分和药效,以此提升治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of prescription-based preparation and processing of traditional Chinese medicines on clinical treatment effect.Methods 100 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,each with 50 cases.The control group received conventional traditional Chinese medicine processing treatment,while the intervention group received prescription-based preparation and processing of traditional Chinese medicines treatment.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.00% in the intervention group,which was significantly higher than 78.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prescription-based preparation and processing of traditional Chinese medicines has a positive impact on the clinical efficacy.It can improve the active ingredients and efficacy of the medicinal materials by adjusting their compatibility and processing methods,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
