Clinical effect analysis of laparoscopy and traditional surgery in the treatment of hernia in children
Objective To study and compare the effect of laparoscopy and traditional surgery in the treatment of hernia in children. Methods A total of 60 children with hernia were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)according to random numerical table. The control group was treated with traditional surgery, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The surgery-related indicators, quality of life score, complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the intraoperative blood loss, operative time, postoperative activity time, postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay were(2.05±0.73)ml,(14.52±2.52)min,(9.85±2.32)h,(5.47±1.31)h and(4.92±1.79)d,and those in the control group were(5.29±1.64)ml,(25.17±4.33)min,(20.14±3.96)h,(8.83±2.04)h and(7.76±2.02)d.Compared with the control group, the operative time, hospital stay, postoperative activity time and postoperative anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter, and the intraoperative blood loss was less(P<0.05).The scores of spirit, pain, sleep, appetite and daily life in the observation group were(52.85±3.71),(53.41±2.72),(54.30±3.03),(55.29±2.17)and(52.73±3.85)points,and those in the control group were(40.94±4.02),(45.09±3.11),(47.06±3.58),(46.40±2.43)and(45.13±3.91)points.Compared with the control group, the scores of spirit, pain, sleep, appetite and daily life in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 6.67%in the observation group and 26.67%in the control group, and the incidence was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgical treatment, laparoscopic surgery is more effective in the treatment of hernia in children. This operation is less invasive, conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of children, with high safety and high feasibility of promotion.
