Study on the clinical effect of oncoplastic and breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer
Objective To explore the clinical effect of oncoplastic and breast-conserving surgery in the treatment of breast cancer patients. Methods 106 patients with breast cancer were divided into groups according to the order of admission, with odd numbers assigned to the control group and even numbers assigned to the study group, each with 53 cases. The control group was treated with modified radical surgery, while the study group was treated with oncoplastic and breast-conserving surgery. The clinical surgical indicators, postoperative complications, serum tumor markers before and after surgery, and satisfaction with breast aesthetics were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group, the operation time was(129.74±10.65)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(64.29±9.31)ml,the incision length was(4.64±1.19)cm,and the hospital stay was(4.88±1.10)d,which were better than(150.07±10.53)min,(86.71±10.29)ml,(10.48±3.74)cm,and(5.92±1.21)d in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 5.66%,which was lower than 22.64%of the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cancer antigen 153(CA153)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)of the two groups after surgery were lower than those before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients with breast aesthetics in the study group was 96.23%,which was higher than 81.13%in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the surgical treatment of breast cancer patients, the implementation of oncoplastic and breast-conserving surgery can improve clinical surgical indicators, reduce the risk of postoperative complications on the basis of ensuring the original treatment effect, and meet the requirements of patients in terms of breast aesthetics, which demonstrates its good clinical value, and therefore,it can be vigorously promoted in the clinic.
