Observation on the efficacy and safety of low-level small incision resection in the treatment of thyroid tumor
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of low-level small incision resection in the treatment of thyroid tumor. Methods 50 patients with thyroid tumor were divided into an observation group and a control group according to admission time, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received traditional resection, and the observation group received low-level small incision resection. The clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the operation time of(65.78±5.79)min and hospitalization time of(5.21±0.57)d were shorter than(75.41±6.24)min and(7.11±1.05)d in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss of(15.17±5.62)ml was less than(62.97±10.28)ml in the control group;the incision length of(4.78±0.65)cm was smaller than(6.82±1.53)cm in the control group;the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were(3.68±0.85)and(2.73±0.61)points at 6 and 24 h postoperatively, which were lower than(5.14±0.78)and(4.25±0.89)points in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 32.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking low-level small incision resection as the surgical scheme can shorten the intraoperative blood loss, operation time, postoperative recovery time of patients, and also reduce the postoperative pain and incidence of complications, which has high safety and is suitable for popularization and reference.
