Effect analysis of statins combined with antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease
Objective To analyze the effect of statins combined with antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 104 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into a control group and a combination group according to the visit dates(odd and even number),with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antiplatelet drugs, and the combination group was treated with statins and antiplatelet drugs.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index, blood lipid indicators[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and intima-media thickness(IMT)before and after treatment, and clinical effects. Results After treatment, the combination group had lower NIHSS score of(8.73±3.46)points than(14.02±4.21)points in the control group, and higher Barthel index of(72.72±7.53)points than(54.86±6.33)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the combination group had TG of(2.70±0.22)mmol/L,TC of(1.21±0.34)mmol/L,LDL-C of(1.57±0.38)mmol/L,which were lower than(1.59±0.52),(2.12±0.49),(3.63±0.58)mmol/L in the control group;the combination group had higher HDL-C of(1.86±0.72)mmol/L than(1.59±0.48)mmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the combination group had CRP of(2.07±0.39)mg/L and IMT of(0.63±0.14)mm,which were lower than(5.46±1.26)mg/L and(0.85±0.19)mm in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was 94.23%,which was higher than 80.77%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, the combination of statins and antiplatelet drugs can improve nerve function, activities of daily living and blood lipid level,so as to help patients obtain more satisfactory efficacy and prognosis.
