Effect analysis of different concentrations of ropivacaine in clinical anesthesia and pain treatment
Objective To comprehensively analyze the effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine on clinical anesthesia and pain treatment. Methods 100 patients who received general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random numerical table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received 0.25%ropivacaine for anesthesia, and the experimental group received 0.2%ropivacaine for anesthesia.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of anesthesia effect(recovery time of spontaneous respiration, extubation time, and awakening time),incidence of adverse reactions, visual analogue scale score at different time points, basic vital signs related indicators(heart rate, arterial oxygen saturation, and mean arterial pressure)before and after surgery. Results There was no difference in extubation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The experimental group had recovery time of spontaneous respiration of(13.36±0.85)min and awakening time of(20.36±4.12)min,which were shorter than(16.63±1.21)and(33.96±5.48)min in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 9 h after surgery, the scores of visual analogue score in the experimental group were(2.62±0.74)and(2.23±0.82)points,which were lower than(3.31±0.81)and(3.36±1.11)points in the control group(P<0.05).Before and after surgery, there was no statistical significance in heart rate, arterial oxygen saturation and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia, the anesthetic effect of 0.2%ropivacaine is more ideal than that of 0.25%ropivacaine.
