Clinical observation of supplementing qi,nourishing blood and promotion of blood circulation therapy for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation
Objective To explore the efficacy of supplementing qi,nourishing blood and promotion of blood circulation therapy for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods 60 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional anti-arrhythmic western medicine(metoprolol succinate tablets).On this basis,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)method of supplementing qi,nourishing blood and promotion of blood circulation.After 3 months(12 weeks),the improvement effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and dynamic electrocardiogram,P-wave dispersion(Pd)and left atrial diameter(LAd)before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Holter electrocardiogram in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Pd and LAd between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Pd and LAd decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment;Pd and LAd in the treatment group were(34.41±3.74)ms and(37.00±3.25)mm,which were lower than(38.39±4.32)ms and(41.00±3.76)mm in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Supplementing qi,nourishing blood and promotion of blood circulation therapy is effective in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and has obvious curative effect in improving the symptoms of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and preventing recurrence,which is worthy of clinical application.
