Forensic identification of deep vein thrombosis of the left lower extremity accompanied by pulmonary embolism and iliac vein compression syndrome after trauma:a case report
Deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity is one of the common complications after road traffic accident.Trauma,surgery and postoperative braking can cause slowed blood flow and increased blood coagulability,which are common secondary risk factors for deep vein thrombosis.Autopathy can also be a negative factor for deep vein thrombosis,but it is often ignored in the process of judicial identification.This paper analyzes the relationship between traffic accidents and deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity from the aspects of etiology,course and prognosis,symptoms and signs,and imaging findings through 1 case of deep vein thrombosis of the left lower extremity accompanied by pulmonary embolism and iliac vein compression syndrome after trauma,so as to provide a more effective basis for the court to hear civil compensation cases and resolve social conflicts.
