Anaphylactic shock induced by cefoxitin sodium during perioperative period in oral hospital:a case report
For the safe clinical use of cefoxitin sodium for injection,this study introduces the occurrence and treatment process of anaphylactic shock caused by cefoxitin sodium for injection in 1 patient of oral and maxillofacial surgery department of our hospital during perioperative period,providing reference for rational clinical use of cefoxitin sodium and emergency management.In this case,after anaphylactic shock,a series of measures such as oxygen inhalation,vasoactive drugs,glucocorticoids and blood volume supplement has been taken,and the final rescue is successful.The evaluation of the correlation between anaphylactic shock and cefoxitin sodium for injection is"very likely".Before using cefoxitin sodium,the patient's medication history and drug allergy history should be inquired in detail.Clinical pharmacists should conduct medication education for patients with adverse reactions to avoid repeated use of such drugs in the future.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the training and drill of first aid knowledge of stomatologists.
