Retrospective analysis of 413 cases of adverse drug reactions in a grade-A maternal and child health hospital
Objective To analyze the characteristics and rules of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,find out the causes and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote clinical safety and rational drug use.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 413 cases reported to the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System by Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital in 2022.Results Among the 413 ADR reports,the highest incidence was in the age group of 0-17 years.There were 261 cases of general ADR,85 cases of severe ADR and 67 cases of new ADR.Among the 413 ADR reports,the highest incidence was in the age group of 0-17 years.There were 261 cases of general ADR,85 cases of severe ADR and 67 cases of new ADR.The top 3 types of ADR were anti-infective drugs(37.29%),obstetrics and gynecology drugs(25.67%)and anti-tumor drugs(15.25%).The top 3 drug varieties were azithromycin for injection(10.41%),paclitaxel for injection(albumin-bound)(8.47%)and ceftriaxone sodium for injection(7.75%).Damage to the skin and its accessories and damage to the gastrointestinal system were predominant,mostly occurring after 120 min.Conclusion Clinical education of ADR for special population should be strengthened,early detection and treatment should be carried out to improve the level of safe and rational drug use.
