摘要
器械辅助软组织松解技术(IASTM)作为非侵入性手法治疗,在临床上多应用于运动损伤等疾病.许多研究表明,IASTM对于改善疼痛和关节活动范围的效果较好,同时还能够减轻治疗者手部负担.然而对于此技术的作用机理及治疗作用并未有系统的总结,本综述得出的结论是IASTM对缓解疼痛,改善关节活动度和肢体功能有良好的作用,对于改善肌肉力量及本体感觉的效果还有待进一步的研究.此文章主要通过对IASTM相关文献进行检索并综述,为之后的临床研究提供理论依据.
Abstract
As a non-invasive manual therapy,instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization(IASTM)is mostly used in clinical practice for sports injuries and other diseases.Many studies have shown that IASTM is effective in improving pain and range of motion,while also reducing the burden on the therapist's hand.However,there is no systematic summary of the mechanism of action and therapeutic effects of this technique,and this review concludes that IASTM has a good effect on pain relief,joint mobility and limb function,and further research is needed to improve muscle strength and proprioception.This article mainly retrieves and reviews the literature related to IASTM,so as to provide a theoretical basis for future clinical research.
