Effect analysis of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods 76 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amiodarone, and the observation group was treated with amiodarone + metoprolol. The clinical efficacy, occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment, vital signs and disease-related indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of 97.37%in the observation group was higher than 81.58%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were(63.33±4.44)beats/min,(116.32±5.63)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and(78.23±4.98)mm Hg,which were lower than(72.44±5.63)beats/min,(130.56±7.89)mm Hg and(88.21±5.64)mm Hg of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group had less frequency of arrhythmia of(2.14±0.21)times/week than(3.03±0.35)times/week in the control group, and shorter duration of arrhythmia of(3.32±0.23)min/time than(4.34±0.34)min/time in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia, the addition of amiodarone to metoprolol can obtain better curative effect, improve cardiac function and stabilize heart rate and blood pressure, and has a high security.
