Analysis of clinical distribution and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae
Objective To explore the clinical distribution and drug resistance test of Klebsiella pneumoniae. Methods A study of 1398 isolates was conducted to analyze the distribution of specimen species, departmental distribution, detection of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae, and resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae to conventional antimicrobial drugs. Results Among the 1398 strains obtained, there were 298 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae. In terms of distribution of specimen species, the highest number of Klebsiella pneumoniae strains was found in respiratory specimens(126 strains),followed by sputum specimens(70 strains),urine specimens(60 strains),and the lowest number of Klebsiella pneumoniae strains were found in bile specimens(1 strain),ascites specimens(1 strain),and drainage specimens(1 strain),respectively. In terms of departmental distribution, the highest number of Klebsiella pneumoniae strains was found in internal medicine specimens(102 strains),followed by surgical specimens(62 strains),specimens from other related departments(48 strains),and the lowest number was found in obstetrics and gynecology specimens(1 strain).Among 298 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae,6 carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae were detected, accounting for 2.01%.The resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae to amikacin,piperacillin/tazobactam,ertapenem,imipenem,meropenem,cefoperazone/sulbactam,and furadantin was<10%,and the resistance ranked according to the order of high and low was meropenem<imipenem<ertapenem<amikacin<cefoperazone/sulbactam<piperacillin/tazobactam<furadantin.Conclusion Klebsiella pneumoniae is almost the highest proportion of bacteria in all samples, mainly from respiratory tract, sputum, urine, etc.,especially in the department of internal medicine, infection, etc.Klebsiella pneumoniae is resistant to a variety of conventional drugs, and drug resistance test should be further performed in clinical practice, and targeted drug selection should be carried out to reduce drug resistance as much as possible, improve the test accuracy, and provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
