Analysis of clinical effect and safety of Xianling Gubao Capsule as an adjuvant to surgery in the treatment of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis
Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Xianling Gubao Capsule as an adjuvant to surgery in the treatment of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis.Methods 70 patients with non-traumatic femoral head necrosis were selected as research subjects.All patients were divided into different groups based on the coin tossing method.Patients treated with head and neck fenestration combined with bone grafting were set as the reference group(n=35),and patients treated with Xianling Gubao Capsule based on the reference group were set as the study group(n=35).The treatment effect,Harris score(joint deformity,pain degree,joint function,joint range of motion scores,and total score),and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of excellent treatment in the study group was 94.29%,which was higher than 71.43%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically difference the joint deformity score,pain degree score,joint function score,joint range of motion score and total score of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the joint deformity score of the study group was(3.49±0.39)points,the pain degree score was(38.06±5.35)points,the joint function score was(41.61±4.59)points,the joint range of motion score was(4.35±0.53)points,and the total score was(87.51±9.63)points,which were higher than(3.02±0.43),(33.53±3.71),(38.82±3.25),(4.02±0.57),and(79.39±9.56)points in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the study group was compared with that in the reference group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Reasonable treatment with Xianling Gubao Capsule can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with non-traumatic femoral head necrosis during the treatment of head and neck fenestration combined with bone grafting,and it has high safety.
