Effect comparison of different analgesia methods in posterior lumbar decompression and internal fixation and bone graft fusion
Objective To compare the effect of different analgesia methods on posterior lumbar decompression and internal fixation and bone graft fusion. Methods 80 patients with posterior lumbar decompression and internal fixation and bone graft fusion were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by different analgesic methods.Patients in the control group were treated with analgesia pump, and patients in the study group were treated with analgesia pump combined with incision infiltration. The pain score at different time points after surgery were compared. Results At 2,4,12 and 24 h after surgery, the pain scores of the study group were(1.25±0.15),(3.11±0.98),(2.54±0.52)and(1.64±0.36)points,which were significantly lower than(4.16±0.68),(5.13±1.57),(4.63±1.65)and(3.79±1.03)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing posterior lumbar decompression and internal fixation and bone grafting and fusion, the analgesia pump combined with incision infiltration during the treatment process has a significant analgesic effect.
