Analysis of clinical value of ultrasound-guided visualization of nerve block
Objective To observe the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided visualization of nerve block. Methods 200 surgical patients were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 100 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional nerve block, and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided visualization of nerve block. The anesthesia indexes(anesthesia completion time, onset time of nerve block, duration of nerve block, dosage of anesthetic),anesthesia effect, and the occurrence of perioperative adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the anesthesia completion time was(4.06±0.93)min,the onset time of nerve block was(5.09±1.27)min,and the duration of nerve block was(379.53±31.10)min,which were shorter than(7.57±1.16),(16.75±2.13),and(279.64±40.11)min in the control group;the observation group had lower dosage of anesthetic of(20.58±2.59)ml than(30.02±3.61)ml in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher excellent rate of anesthesia of 100.00%than 94.00%in the control group, and lower incidence of adverse events of 0 than 6.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided visualization of nerve block can significantly shorten the anesthesia completion time and onset time of nerve block, improve the anesthesia effect, and reduce the occurrence of perioperative adverse events. The effect is ideal.
