Clinical effect analysis of different treatment methods for distal radius fracture
Objective To observe the effect of different treatment methods for distal radius fracture.Methods 45 patients with distal radius fracture were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 15 cases in each group.Group A was treated by manual reduction with three-point external fixator,group B was treated by manual reduction with four-point external fixator,and group C was treated by manual reduction with plaster fixation.The digital tadiography(DR)imaging parameters and clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared 1 month after treatment.The cost of consumables and operation time of group A and group B were compared.Results 1 month after treatment,the palmar tilt,ulnar deviation angle and radial height in group A were(9.5±0.6)°,(21.2±0.4)°and(9.5±0.7)mm,those in group B were(9.8±0.4)°,(21.5±0.6)° and(9.6±0.5)mm,and those in group C were(8.3±0.6)°,(19.1±0.6)° and(9.0±0.6)mm.There was no significant difference in palmar tilt,ulnar deviation angle and radial height between group A and group B(P>0.05).The palmar tilt and ulnar deviation angle of patients in group A and group B were higher than those in group C,and the radius height was higher than that in group C.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,the excellent-good rates of patients in group A and group B were 93.3%and 86.7%,which was higher than 53.3%in group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in excellent-good rate between group A and group B(P>0.05).The cost of consumables in group A was(11360±1649)yuan,which was less than(19600±1573)yuan in group B;the operation time in group A was(41±8)min,which was shorter than(52±10)min in group B;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Manual reduction and external fixator in the treatment of distal radius fracture can achieve a good therapeutic effect,and the cost of three-point external fixator is lower,the operation time is correspondingly shortened,and its concept of rapid surgical rehabilitation and minimally invasive treatment of fracture is in line with the current background of fracture management,which improves the social benefits.
