Observation on the effect of interventional therapy combined with intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction
Objective To explore the effect of interventional therapy combined with intravenous thrombolysis for patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous thrombolysis,and the observation group received interventional therapy on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of neurological deficit score,serological related indexes(nerve growth factor,neuron-specific enolase,brain natriuretic peptide),activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,thrombin time,fibrinogen,and complications.Results The neurological deficit scores of the observation group at 1,7 and 2 d after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nerve growth factor,neuron-specific enolase and brain natriuretic peptide decreased in both groups;the observation group had nerve growth factor of(95.31±9.65)ng/ml,neuron-specific enolase of(10.26±1.37)μg/L and brain natriuretic peptide of(157.43±13.25)ng/L,which were lower than(116.38±10.46)ng/ml,(15.86±1.86)μg/L and(189.46±17.78)ng/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had activated partial thromboplastin time of(35.43±2.21)s,prothrombin time of(13.26±1.53)s and thrombin time of(17.46±2.24)s,which were longer than(30.48±2.15),(10.93±1.29)and(15.55±1.87)s in the control group;the observation group had lower fibrinogen of(2.44±0.43)g/L than(4.21±0.64)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of 5.00%in the observation group was lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction,intravenous thrombolysis combined with interventional therapy can effectively improve the neurological function and serological status of patients,and can effectively improve the relevant clinical indicators such as activated partial thromboplastin time,and reduce the occurrence of related complications.This treatment program has ideal clinical application effect and good prognostic effect,and is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
