Analysis of the effects of losartan combined with benazepril on blood pressure and renal function in patients with renal parenchymal hypertension
Objective To analyze the effects of losartan combined with benazepril on blood pressure and renal function in patients with renal parenchymal hypertension. Methods A total of 120 patients with renal parenchymal hypertension were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method, each with 60 cases. The control group was treated with benazepril, and the study group was treated with losartan and benazepril. The blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure)and renal function indexes(24-h urinary protein quantity, blood creatinine)before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the study group had diastolic blood pressure of(80.25±3.89)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and systolic blood pressure of(123.06±12.56)mm Hg,which were lower than(87.87±4.93)and(131.46±10.92)mm Hg in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the 24-h urinary protein quantity and serum creatinine in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the study group had 24-h urinary protein quantity of(1.23±0.08)g/24 h and serum creatinine of(127.13±13.62)μmol/L,which were lower than(1.52±0.14)g/24 h and(143.14±16.17)μmol/L in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than 21.67%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of losartan and benazepril in the treatment of patients with renal parenchymal hypertension has a good effect, which can effectively improve the blood pressure index and renal function of patients, and reduce adverse reactions. It has certain clinical application and research value.
