A case of rare adverse reaction of coma caused by camrelizumab
This paper retrospectively analyze a case with rare adverse reaction of coma induced by camrelizumab.Patient,male,73 years old, diagnosed with malignant tumor of the right lung, previously treated with multiple courses and lines of therapy. On December 12,2021,at 08:43,the patient underwent a third course of immunotherapy with 200 mg d1 q.2 weeks of camrelizumab. After a 10 min infusion of camrelizumab, the patient suddenly lost consciousness and was unable to respond.Considering the adverse reactions caused by the drug, the infusion of camrelizumab was stopped immediately, and 250 ml of normal saline was immediately replaced by intravenous infusion.Interfinger blood glucose was measured at 6.1 mmol/L,and ECG monitoring showed that blood pressure 118/74 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),breathing rate 20 times/min,heart rate 87 beats/min,the patient's coma lasted for about 3 min.At 08:56,the patient's symptoms significantly improved, consciousness recovered, and answered the questions accurately.
