Current status of patients with syphilis and the effect of psychological interventions
Objective To explore the social and psychological status of syphilis patients and evaluate the influence of individual psychological intervention on the psychological state of syphilis patients.Methods 60 patients with syphilis were selected as the research subjects and divided into the conventional group and the research group by random double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group received conventional nursing,and patients in the research group added corresponding personalized psychological intervention,namely focused psychological nursing,on the basis of conventional nursing.The social stigma of all patients was analyzed,and the emotional status of the two groups was compared.Results The social stigma scores of 60 patients were analyzed.Patients with 10-19 points accounted for 35.00%,patients with 20-29 points accounted for 40.00%,patients with 30-39 points accounted for 20.00%,and patients with 40-50 points accounted for 5.00%.Before intervention,the scores of hospital anxiety and depression scale(HAD)(A)and HAD(D)were similar between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,HAD(A)score of the research group was(6.63±2.45)points and HAD(D)score was(4.30±2.49)points,which were lower than(8.33±2.95)and(6.07±2.81)points of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is widespread stigma in patients with syphilis.Strengthening individual psychological intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,relieve patients'depression and anxiety,and improve patients'compliance with treatment.
