Progress of hemodynamic monitoring technique in patients with septic shock
Septic shock has high clinical morbidity and lethality, and is mainly caused by viral and bacterial infections that lead to circulatory failure or abnormal cellular metabolism.Enhanced monitoring of patients'hemodynamic indicators and implementation of fluid resuscitation are important for maintaining circulatory stability, enabling effective correction of intravascular volume insufficiency, which not only helps to ensure tissue perfusion, but also increases cardiac output(CO),avoids the occurrence of organ failure, reduces the risk of death, and improves the quality of life of patients. In the actual diagnosis and treatment of septic shock patients, there are large differences in infection factors, pathophysiological characteristics and host genetics among the same patient at different disease stages and among different patients.Clinical liquid resuscitation therapy for septic shock patients must strengthen monitoring of the patient's disease status and volume responsiveness, and develop individualized and targeted liquid resuscitation programs according to the monitoring results and the patient's disease stage,so as to effectively reduce the risk of mortality in septic shock patients, effectively promote the improvement of their prognosis, and help patients benefit from the survival of the patient.
