Observation on therapeutic effect of idebenone combined with modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction for the treatment of vascular cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction
Objective To explore the effect of idebenone combined with modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on patients with vascular cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 patients with vascular cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction were selected.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with idebenone,and the research group was treated with modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,neurological function score,activities of daily living score,cognitive function score were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in neurological function score,activities of daily living score and cognitive function score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the neurological function score of(9.26±5.62)points in the study group was lower than(17.12±5.17)points in the control group,and the difference was significant in comparison(P＜0.05).After treatment,the activities of daily living score in the study group was(80.43±7.24)points,which was higher than(57.98±8.15)points in the control group,and the difference was significant in comparison(P＜0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function score of the study group was(26.43±1.29)points,which was higher than(21.30±1.95)points of the control group,and the difference was significant in comparison(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was significant in comparison(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of idebenone and modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in patients with vascular cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction can not only improve the patients'activities of daily living,but also improve the patients'cognitive and neurological function,and promote the patients to obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect.
