Analysis of clinical value of prenatal screening immunoassay items for pregnant women and fetuses
Objective To analyze the application value of prenatal screening immunoassay items for pregnant women and fetuses. Methods 100 cases of pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination were selected as the study subjects, and the results of their prenatal emamination were retrospectively analyzed, and according to the different testing methods, the pregnant women were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group.Pregnant women in the control group were subjected to routine prenatal examination, and the observation group was subjected to immunoassay based on the control group. The incidence rate of high-risk pregnancy factors, the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and the mode of delivery were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence rate of AIDS,syphilis, hepatitis B,hepatitis C,microbial infection and other high-risk pregnancy factors was 10.00%in the observation group, which was lower than 30.00%in the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate 10.00%of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group 30.00%,and the vaginal delivery rate 60.00%was higher than that of the control group 40.00%.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in midwifery rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of birth defects, stillbirth and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than 24.00%in the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the importance of prenatal screening immunoassay items can identify high-risk pregnancy factors timely and provide targeted treatment, which is of high clinical value in optimizing pregnancy outcomes and regulating pregnancy pathways.
