Analysis of the diagnostic value chemiluminescence immunoassay in biochemical immunoassay of thyroid tumors
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in biochemical immunoassay of thyroid tumors. Methods 62 patients with suspected thyroid tumors were included as the study group and another 62 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination were selected as the control group. Both groups were tested by chemiluminescence immunoassay. The clinical diagnostic accuracy of the study group was analyzed using the clinical surgical pathology results as the gold standard. The serum biochemical indices[serum free triiodothyronine(FT3),serum free thyroxine(FT4),anti-thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)]were compared between the two groups. The positive rate of serum test in the study group was analyzed. Results In the study group of 62 suspected thyroid tumor patients,62 cases were confirmed by pathological examination, and 60 cases were accurately diagnosed by chemiluminescence immunoassay, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 96.77%.The study group had serum TPOAb of(44.89±8.98)IU/ml,TGAb of(45.78±9.65)IU/ml,TSH of(12.49±2.21)mIU/L,which were higher than(35.41±8.54)IU/ml,(40.32±7.79)IU/ml and(5.68±2.19)mIU/L in the control group;the study group had FT3 of(1.35±0.25)pmol/L and FT4 of(3.83±0.52)pmol/L,which were lower than(4.32±1.34)and(14.42±3.67)pmol/L in the control group;there was statistical difference in clinical comparison(P<0.05).In the study group,62 patients with thyroid tumor were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay. The positive rates of TPOAb,TSH and FT4 were 96.77%,95.16%and 93.55%.Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay has high diagnostic accuracy in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid tumors, can effectively grasp the value of serum biochemical index, and provide data for follow-up treatment, and is worth recommending for clinical use.
