Analysis of clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect of chronic obstructive emphysema
Objective To explore the clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect of chronic obstructive emphysema. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic obstructive emphysema were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with prednisone tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptom score, clinical therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 7 d of medication, the scores of chest tightness, dyspnea, sputum and lethargy in the observation group were(0.85±0.21),(0.90±0.24),(0.81±0.20)and(0.88±0.26)points,which were lower than(1.27±0.28),(1.34±0.35),(1.23±0.25)and(1.20±0.31)points in the control group, and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with prednisone tablets in the treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the therapeutic effect, and ensure the safety of treatment.
