Analysis of application value of remimazolam combined with low-dose remifentanil in painless gastroenteroscopy
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of remimazolam combined with low-dose remifentanil in painless gastroenteroscopy. Methods 200 patients undergoing gastroenteroscopy were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with propofol combined with remifentanil, and the observation group was treated with remimazolam combined with low-dose remifentanil. The onset time, recovery time, time to leave recovery room,Ramsay score and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the onset time and recovery time between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The observation group had shorter time to leave recovery room of(24.56±2.13)min than(25.86±2.69)min in the control group, and higher Ramsay score of(3.85±0.48)points than(2.15±0.22)points in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 1.00%,which was lower than the control group's 7.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Remimazolam combined with low-dose remifentanil in painless gastroenteroscopy has a higher value, which can reduce the occurrence of respiratory depression and other complications, and is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
