摘要
目的 探讨手术配合药物治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果.方法 58 例过敏性鼻炎患者,根据治疗方案不同分为药物组和联合组,每组 29 例.药物组提给予药物治疗,联合组给予手术配合药物治疗.比较两组治疗前后鼻痒、流涕、下鼻甲肿胀、鼻塞及喷嚏评分.结果 治疗后,两组鼻痒、流涕、下鼻甲肿胀、鼻塞及喷嚏评分均低于本组治疗前,且联合组鼻痒、流涕、下鼻甲肿胀、鼻塞及喷嚏评分分别为(0.89±0.32)、(0.78±0.34)、(0.83±0.33)、(0.76±0.37)、(0.81±0.35)分,低于药物组的(1.52±0.35)、(1.62±0.38)、(1.62±0.34)、(1.57±0.32)、(1.58±0.29)分,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 手术配合药物治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果显著,值得应用.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of surgery combined with drug treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 58 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into a drug group and a combined group according to different treatment regimens,with 29 cases in each group.The drug group was given drug treatment,and the combined group was given surgery combined with drug treatment.The scores of nasal itchiness,runny nose,inferior turbinate swelling,nasal congestion and sneezing were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of nasal itchiness,runny nose,inferior turbinate swelling,nasal congestion and sneezing in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the scores of nasal itchiness,runny nose,inferior turbinate swelling,nasal congestion and sneezing in the combined group were(0.89±0.32),(0.78±0.34),(0.83±0.33),(0.76±0.37)and(0.81±0.35)points,which were lower than(1.52±0.35),(1.62±0.38),(1.62±0.34),(1.57±0.32)and(1.58±0.29)points in the drug group;the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Surgery combined with drug in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is significant and worthy of application.
