Analysis of clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaopi Sanjie Decoction combined with emotional therapy in the treatment of breast hyperplasia
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaopi Sanjie Decoction combined with emotional therapy in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods A total of 140 patients with breast hyperplasia were divided into a control group and an observation group by odd-even number of hospitalization,with 70 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment.On this basis,patients in the control group were treated with emotional therapy,and patients in the observation group were treated with Xiaopi Sanjie Decoction on the basis of the control group.The time for the disappearance of breast pain,the time for the disappearance of breast mass,therapeutic effect,the quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Results The time for the disappearance of breast pain and mass in the observation group were(6.21±1.21)and(8.19±2.12)d,which were shorter than(9.56±2.91)and(11.25±3.21)d in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function in both groups were higher than those before treatment;the observation group had physical life score of(92.12±6.94),physical function score of(93.21±5.23),psychological function score of(93.12±4.94)and social function score of(93.21±5.56)points,which were significantly higher than(82.45±6.12),(83.21±4.12)and(83.45±4.34)and(82.55±5.12)points in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 74.29%of the control group(P＜0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion Emotional therapy combined with Xiaopi Sanjie Decoction is effective in the treatment of breast hyperplasia,which can improve the quality of life and has high safety.
