Clinical effect of postpartum rehabilitation device combined with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony
Objective To explore the effect of postpartum rehabilitation device combined with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony. Methods A total of 74 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony were enrolled as the subjects of this study.According to the principle of random number table method, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin and misoprostol, and the observation group added the postpartum rehabilitation therapy device on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 78.38%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of vaginal bleeding at 4 h postpartum between the two groups(P>0.05);but the amount of postpartum bleeding increased at 8,12 and 24 h postpartum, and the amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group were(322.25±45.56),(428.56±50.12)and(552.15±56.25)ml,which were all less than(401.18±51.18),(501.12±53.36)and(642.25±62.84)ml in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.11%,which was lower than 27.03%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of postpartum rehabilitation device combined with misoprostol on postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony is significant, and can reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
