Study on application value of transradial cerebral angiography
Objective To explore the application value of transradial cerebral angiography in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods 63 patients with cerebrovascular diseases were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a traditional group(31 cases)and an experimental group(32 cases). Both groups of patients received cerebral angiography,in which the traditional group received transfemoral cerebral angiography, the experimental group received transradial cerebral angiography. The success rate of puncture success rate of selective arteriography, perioperative indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. The success rate of puncture in the experimental group was 96.88%(31/32),which was higher than 96.77%(30/31)in the traditional group;the success rate of selective arteriography in the experimental group was 93.75%(30/32),which was higher than 93.55%(29/31)in the traditional group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of contrast agent, puncture time, exposure time, and surgical time between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of bed rest and postoperative recovery in the experimental group were(2.27±0.12)and(6.21±1.23)h,which were shorter than(12.18±2.27)and(23.12±4.34)h in the traditional group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 9.38%(3/32),which was lower than 29.03%(9/31)of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of transradial cerebral angiography in patients with cerebrovascular disease can shorten the time of bed rest and postoperative recovery, improve patient comfort, and reduce complications.
