Application effect of threaded anchor screws combined with absorbable screws in the treatment of comminuted patellar fractures
Objective To explore the clinical effect of threaded anchor screws combined with absorbable screws in the treatment of comminuted patellar fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 27 cases of comminuted patellar fractures treated with threaded anchor screws combined with absorbable screws. Results All patients successfully completed the operation with an operating time of 60-80 min and a bleeding volume of 20-60 ml;there was no vascular or nerve injury during the operation. The patients were discharged from hospital 5-7 d postoperatively, and were followed up for an average of 3-6 months.27 cases had one-stage postoperative incision healing, including 1 case of incision splitting, which was healed in the second stage by outpatient dressing change, and there was no delayed fracture healing,non-healing and deformity healing, and no anchor nail breakage or dislocation occurred in the review. The Böstman Patellar Fracture Functional Scale was used to evaluate the efficacy at 1 month after surgery:excellent in 10 cases, good in 15 cases, and poor in 2 cases, with an excellent-good rate of 92.6%.The Böstman Patellar Fracture Functional Scale was used to evaluate the efficacy at 3 months after surgery:excellent in 21 cases, good in 5 cases, and poor in 1 case, with an excellent-good rate of 96.3%.Conclusion Threaded anchor screws combined with absorbable screws is effective in the treatment of comminuted patellar fractures, and can restore the anatomical structure of patellar joint, improve the function of patellar joint, which provide a new idea and beneficial supplement for the treatment of comminted patellar fracture. It has certain application and promotion value.
