Shunting value on the expression of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA in LSIL patients
Objective To explore the shunting value on the expression of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA in low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL)patients.Methods 180 patients with cervical lesions were divided into cervicitis(NC)group(40 cases),LSIL group(100 cases)and high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)group(40 cases)according to the pathological results.Comparison was made on the expression level and positive rates of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA and human papillomavirus(HPV)E6/E7 mRNA among the three groups and among patients with different outcomes in LSIL group.The correlation between mybl2 mRNA and HPV E6/E7 mRNA in cervical exuded cells of LSIL patients was analyzed.Results The expression levels of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA and HPV E6/E7 mRNA of NC group were(1.23±0.16)and(1.76±0.32),respectively,those of LSIL group were(3.39±0.59)and(5.01±1.32),and those of HSIL group were(6.56±0.93)and(8.10±1.69).The expression levels of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA and HPV E6/E7 mRNA of the three groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA and HPV E6/E7 mRNA of HSIL group were significantly higher than those of NC group and LSIL group,and LSIL group was significantly higher than NC group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA and HPV E6/E7 mRNA were 25.00%and 27.50%in NC group,76.00%and 71.00%in LSIL group,and 95.00%and 100.00%in HSIL group.The positive rates of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA and HPV E6/E7 mRNA of the three groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA and HPV E6/E7 mRNA in HSIL group was significantly higher than those in NC group and LSIL group,and the positive rates in LSIL group was significantly higher than those in NC group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level and positive rates of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA and HPV E6/E7 mRNA of patients with different outcomes in LSIL group were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level and positive rates of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA and HPV E6/E7 mRNA of patients with disease progression were significantly higher than those of patients with disease regression and persistence,and the expression level and positive rates of patients with disease persistence were significantly higher than those of patients with disease regression.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that mybl2 mRNA was positively correlated with HPV E6/E7 mRNA in cervical exuded cells of LSIL patients(r=0.816,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of cervical exfoliated cells mybl2 mRNA in LSIL patients is closely related to HPV E6/E7 mRNA,and its shunting value in LSIL patients is high.
