Analysis of the clinical effect of an emergency medical treatment program for elderly patients with severe heart failure
Objective To explore the clinical effect of an emergency medical treatment program for elderly patients with severe heart failure. Methods 86 elderly patients with severe heart failure were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, each with 43 cases.Patients in the control group were given conventional medical treatment, and patients in the study group were given comprehensive emergency medical treatment on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function indicators, therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the study group had cardiac output(CO)of(4.24±0.39)L/min,cardiac index(CI)of(2.52±0.34)L/(min·m2)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of(59.12±4.57)%,which were higher than(3.66±0.32)L/min,(2.30±0.22)L/(min·m2)and(55.32±4.10)%in the control group;the study group had lower B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)of(675.21±68.44)ng/L than(819.28±73.35)ng/L in the control group;there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.02%,which was higher than the control group's 74.42%,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.65%,which was lower than 23.26%in the control group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with the treatment effect in the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 74.42%in the control group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency medicine treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure can effectively improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function indicators, the therapeutic effect is remarkable, and is not easy to cause adverse reactions, has a high safety,so as to obtain high treatment satisfaction of patients.
