The most common site of primary intestinal lymphoma(PIL)is ileocecal region,and the pathological type is mainly derived from B cells,among which diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)is the most common,followed by mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue marginal zone B-cell lymphoma.Its overall incidence is low but gradually increasing.There are fewer reports about PGIL in the country.1 case of primary duodenal T lymphoma has been reported.
