Analysis of the practical effect of early rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture in postoperative patients with bone fracture
Objective To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture in postoperative patients with bone fracture.Methods 80 postoperative patients with bone fracture were selected as research subjects.The patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group by random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received traditional Chinese acupuncture,and the experimental group received early rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction,pain score,Fugl-Meyer motor score,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.37%of the control group(P<0.05).After rehabilitation training,the pain score of the experimental group was(62.37±2.67)points,which was significantly lower than(71.29±2.74)points of the control group(P<0.05).After rehabilitation training,the Fugl-Meyer motor score of the experimental group was(77.59±2.97)points,which was higher than(63.45±2.19)points of the control group(P<0.05).After rehabilitation training,the experimental group had SAS score of(22.32±5.29)points and SDS score of(43.65±5.39)points,which were lower than(54.32±6.22)and(56.31±6.25)points in the control group(P<0.05).The physical health score of the experimental group was(40.35±4.12)points,the mental health score was(43.01±2.99)points and the social activity score was(41.41±2.31)points,which were higher than(31.89±2.01),(37.89±2.78)and(35.35±1.16)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture has a significant effect in the clinical rehabilitation of postoperative patients with bone fracture,which can reduce the pain of patients,relieve negative emotion,and improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
