Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),as a common disease,has a wide range of susceptible populations and a lingering course.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has made profound achievements in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.The explanation of its etiology is"disturbance of qi machinery and abnormal rise and fall",while"regulate liver and spleen together"is the theme of combing and regulating qi machinery,so it has certain advantages and significance for guiding the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.Based on the theory of"regulate liver and spleen together"combined with the perspective of modern medical practitioners in treating diseases,this paper discusses the syndrome differentiation and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
