Analysis of the clinical efficacy of allylestrenol and progesterone injection in the treatment of threatened miscarriage
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of allylestrenol and progesterone injection in the treatment of threatened miscarriage. Methods 40 patients with threatened miscarriage were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received intramuscular injection of progesterone injection, and the observation group received oral administration of allylestrenol. The estradiol, progesterone, human chorionic gonadotropin, inflammatory factors(procalcitonin,interleukin-6)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had estradiol of(967.19±96.54)pg/ml,progesterone of(41.13±4.37)mmol/L,and human chorionic gonadotropin of(768.42±54.64)mIU/ml,which were higher than(99860.24±946.52)pg/ml,(33.24±3.28)mmol/L and(64178.07±626.23)mIU/ml in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group had procalcitonin of(58.78±6.01)ng/L and interleukin-6 of(91.21±7.46)pg/ml,which were lower than(93.57±9.13)ng/L and(152.42±10.58)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 60.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with threatened miscarriage, the use of allylestrenol can bring a higher success rate in protecting the fetus, while effectively regulating the patient's hormone levels and reducing inflammatory factors, which has high promotion value.
