Study on clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Methods 86 patients with hysteromyoma were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment regimens, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy. Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,operation-related indexes(operation time, intraoperative blood loss,off-bed ambulation time, intestinal recovery time, hospitalization time),ovarian function[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-forming hormone(FSH),antral follicle count(AFC)],and occurrence of complications. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than the control group's 86.05%(P<0.05).In the observation group, the operation time was(62.37±5.02)min,the off-bed ambulation time was(11.19±3.71)h,the intestinal recovery time was(20.09±3.52)h,and the hospitalization time was(4.05±0.79)d,which were shorter than(83.52±4.96)min,(29.80±3.91)h,(34.18±3.60)h,and(8.33±0.91)d in the control group;the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss of(75.32±4.62)ml than(125.58±5.02)ml in the control group(P<0.05).The LH and FSH of the observation group were(17.79±3.47)and(18.66±3.52)U/L,which were lower than(22.25±2.96)and(23.34±2.41)U/L of the control group;the observation group had more AFC of(8.04±2.21)than(7.03±1.62)of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(4.65%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.60%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy for patients with uterine leiomyoma has a significant clinical effect,operation-related indicators have been effectively improved, ovarian function recovery is good, and there are fewer complications. So is has high application value.
