Clinical effect analysis of one-time radical surgery for the treatment of perianal abscess
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of one-time radical surgery for the treatment of perianal abscess. Methods 60 patients with perianal abscess were studied and divided into a control group(30 cases, staged treatment)and a study group(30 cases,one-time radical surgery)according to different treatment methods. The clinical efficacy, defecation function and 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effectiveness rates of the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group, and the results of inter-group comparison showed differences(P<0.05).The normalization rate of defecation function of patients in the study group was 83.33%,which was higher than 50.00%in the control group, and the results of inter-group comparison showed differences(P<0.05).In the study group:the physical function score was(80.24±0.35)points,the psychological condition score was(89.35±0.24)points,the emotional function score was(90.25±0.75)points,and the social condition score was(90.64±0.75)points.In the control group:the physical function score was(70.23±0.32)points,the psychological condition score was(80.24±0.15)points,the emotional function score was(80.63±0.70)points,and the social condition score was(82.45±0.35)points.The scores of physiological function, psychological condition, emotional function and social condition of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the results of inter-group comparison showed differences(t=115.6112,176.3042,51.3600,54.2000;P=0.0000,0.0000,0.0000,0.0000<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of perianal abscess patients,one-time radical surgery has good clinical effect, which can improve the wound healing of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and is suitable for wide application in clinical practice.
