Effect of routine blood lipid test in diagnosis of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes
Objective To explore the value of routine blood lipid test in diagnosis of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes. Methods 42 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes were included in the observation group, and 42 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination were included in control group A,and 42 patients with simple diabetes were included in control group B.Routine blood lipid test[triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),apolipoprotein B(Apo B),and apolipoprotein AⅠ(Apo AⅠ)]were carried out and compared in all three groups. Results In the observation group,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,TC,Apo B,Apo AⅠ levels were(2.68±0.73)mmol/L,(0.97±0.29)mmol/L,(4.15±0.80)mmol/L,(6.37±1.29)mmol/L,(1.98±0.41)g/L,(0.95±0.23)g/L;in control group A,those indexes were(1.25±0.51)mmol/L,(1.41±0.36)mmol/L,(2.56±0.51)mmol/L,(4.07±1.05)mmol/L,(1.35±0.25)g/L,(1.24±0.35)g/L;in control group B,those indexes were(2.04±0.64)mmol/L,(1.29±0.35)mmol/L,(3.28±0.75)mmol/L,(5.12±1.18)mmol/L,(1.49±0.35)g/L,(1.18±0.31)g/L.Compared with control group B and control group A,the levels of TG,LDL-C,TC and Apo B in observation group were higher, and the levels of HDL-C and Apo AⅠ were lower(P<0.05).Compared with control group A,the levels of TG,LDL-C,TC and Apo B in control group B were higher(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in HDL-C and Apo AⅠ levels between control group A and control group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Routine blood lipid test can realize the effective diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients with diabetes, help to clarify their blood lipid status, and provide reliable basis for the formulation of individualized treatment plan, with high application value.
