Analysis of the application value of pre-quality control in urine routine clinical test
Objective To study the practical value of pre-quality control in urine routine clinical test.Methods 3076 patients with routine urine test were divided into a control group(1532 cases)and an observation group(1544 cases)according to the time of admission.Patients in the control group did not implement pre-quality control work in routine urine test,and patients in the observation group implemented pre-quality control in routine urine test.The failure rate of routine urine test,accuracy and satisfaction of patients with routine urine test were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 99.29%,which was higher than 92.36%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of collection time error,sample contamination,insufficient sample size and inspection timeout in the observation group were 0,0.13%,0,0.13%,which were lower than 1.83%,1.96%,0.98%,2.42%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pre-quality control in routine urine clinical test can effectively reduce the unqualified factors of the test,improve patients'satisfaction with routine urine test,which is worthy of recommendation.
