Analysis of clinical application effect of Qushi Jiedu ointment in infant red buttocks
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qushi Jiedu ointment on infant red buttocks,and lay the foundation for the next promotion.Methods 64 cases of red buttock infants were treated with Qushi Jiedu ointment.The therapeutic effect of the children and the treatment course of children with effective treatment were observed,and the symptom score of the children before and after treatment was compared.Results Among the 64 children,51 cases were clinically controlled,7 cases had obvious effect,4 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and no deterioration cases were found,and the total effective rate was 96.88%.Among the 62 children with effective treatment,the percentage of patients with treatment course of 2 d was the highest,followed by 3 and 4 d,and the treatment course was mainly concentrated in 2-4 d.After treatment,the scores of hip and/or perineal skin redness and rash were(0.5313±1.2468)and(0.6250±0.3507)points,which were lower than(4.5625±1.4461)and(0.7500±1.5736)points before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The skin rupture score was(0.0313±0.2500)points after treatment,which was lower than(0.2813±0.9995)points before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in exudate score before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Qushi Jiedu ointment is a pure natural Chinese medicine processing preparation.It is simple,safe,effective and convenient to carry in clinical use,so it is worth promoting and use.
