Clinical study on combination of intradermal needling and acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of combination of intradermal needling and acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity. Methods 100 cases of simple obesity patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by random envelope method, each with 50 patients. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture therapy, and the observation group was treated with intradermal needling based on the control group. The body mass, body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC)and hip circumference before and after treatment, and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in body mass,BMI,waist circumference and hip circumference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the body mass of patients in the observation group was(69.21±1.47)kg,BMI was(24.11±1.86)kg/m2,the waist circumference was(88.73±1.14)cm,and the hip circumference was(102.32±2.47)cm,which were lower than(72.89±3.62)kg,(26.72±2.47)kg/m2,(90.15±3.26)cm,and(104.94±3.68)cm in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 86.00%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of intradermal needling and acupuncture shows significant efficacy in the treatment of simple obesity, which can effectively improve the disease indicators of patients, guarantee the curative effect, and has significant promotion value.
