Analysis of the influence of group rehabilitation training on hand function and activity of daily living in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia
Objective To analyze the influence of group rehabilitation training on hand function and activity of daily living in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Methods 80 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into a control group(routine intervention)and an observation group(combined with group rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group),each with 40 cases. The hand function, rehabilitation effect and activity of daily living of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale of upper extremity(FMA-UE)score in both groups was higher than that before the intervention, and the observation group had significantly higher FMA-UE score of(6.78±2.02)points than(5.02±2.01)points of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the observation group had lower neurological function score of(9.98±3.15)points than(16.43±2.62)points in the control group, and higher motor function score of(62.19±2.26)points than(40.36±2.17)points in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the modified Barthel index(MBI)score in both groups was higher than that before the intervention, and the observation group had significantly higher MBI score of(63.95±4.52)points than(48.92±5.02)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of group rehabilitation training for patients with post-stroke hemiplegia has a positive effect on the improvement of patients'hand function and activity of daily living, and can effectively promote rehabilitation, which is worthy of further discussion and promotion.
