Study on effect of rehabilitation nursing on postoperative complications of patients with varicose vein of lower limbs
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on postoperative complications of patients with varicose vein of lower limbs.Methods A total of 106 patients who underwent surgery for varicose veins of lower limbs were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 53 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while those in the observation group received rehabilitation nursing.Both groups were compared in terms of postoperative complications,coagulation function indicators[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB)],symptoms and signs indicators[visual analog scale(VAS)score,swelling index,lower limb ulcer score,pigmentation score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score],and various clinical indicators(the time to first off-bed activity,the time to disappearance of ulcer surface,the time to disappearance of subcutaneous edema,the time to disappearance of pain and the time to disappearance of leg numbness).Results The complication rate of the observation group was 15.09%,which was significantly lower than the control group's 54.72%(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group had PT of(15.46±3.21)s and APTT of(34.67±3.18)s,which were longer than(13.69±3.17)and(31.26±3.23)s in the control group;the observation group had shorter TT of(15.27±2.36)s than(22.85±3.14)s in the control group,and lower FIB of(2.96±0.51)g/L than(3.72±0.65)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group had VAS score of(2.03±0.64)points,swelling index of(7.02±2.47)%,lower extremity ulcer score of(1.02±0.17)points,pigmentation score of(0.98±0.15)points,SAS score of(38.68±2.90)points,which were lower than(3.78±0.82)points,(9.89±2.64)%,(1.63±0.21)points,(1.59±0.22)points,(44.27±3.16)points in the control group;the observation group had higher GSES score of(30.37±2.89)points than(22.54±2.73)points in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the time to first off-bed activity was(25.76±5.42)h,the time to disappearance of ulcer surface was(8.24±1.16)d,the time to disappearance of subcutaneous edema was(14.03±3.75)d,the time to disappearance of pain was(7.25±1.84)d and the time to disappearance of leg numbness was(4.87±0.62)weeks,which were shorter than(38.63±8.26)h,(19.47±3.28)d,(22.36±5.13)d,(12.32±2.31)d,(6.25±1.03)weeks in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing has obvious effect on postoperative nursing of postoperative patients with varicose veins of lower limbs,which can speed up the rehabilitation,improve coagulation function and self-efficacy.It is worthy of promotion.
